Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 Business Days after the order is placed. Sunday and Holiday orders will be begin processing time frames (3-5 Days) the following business day.
Shipments or deliveries occur based on processing time frames above. Deliveries are at the discretion of Fedex or USPS.
Please Note: Due to COVID -19 and weather-related event customers should expect some delays. MEF however you will communicate these changes via email correspondence.
Tracking numbers will be provided to MEF clients ONLY AFTER order processing has been completed and email with such info is provided post shipment of products.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Customers of MEF will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number after order processing has been completed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Customize the following: McClelland Exclusive Fashion/McClelland’s Men Shop, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
